- Led effort to renovate abandoned warehouse buildings in Davenport resulting in 126
apartments and $22.5 million in new investment
- Served on Vision Iowa team that secured $20 million in state grants for downtown
revitalization that leveraged more than $150 million in new private investment,
more jobs and an expanded tax base
